Part 1: Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Fast-Action Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are prioritized for same-day processing.
Weekend/Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be initiated on the following business day.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
We partner with leading logistics providers to ensure your supplements arrive fresh and on time:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote/Regional Locations: 5–10 business days
Note: Timelines are indicative and depend on courier serviceability and external factors like weather or high-volume periods.
3. Shipping Charges & Tracking
Transparency: Any applicable shipping fees are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.
Free Shipping: Look out for promotional offers or minimum cart value thresholds for free nationwide delivery.
Real-Time Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via SMS/Email containing a Live Tracking Link to monitor your shipment's progress.
4. Delivery Protocol
Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are 100% accurate. Dr. Power Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
Failed Attempts: Our partners will make multiple attempts to deliver. If an order is returned to us due to repeated failure or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged Shipments: If you receive a package that is visibly tampered with or leaking, please refuse delivery or report it to our support team with photos/videos within 48 hours.
Part 2: Cancellation Policy
At Dr. Power Nutrition, we understand that plans change. However, due to our fast-action fulfillment process, cancellation windows are limited.
1. Cancellation Window
Pre-Dispatch: You may cancel your order at no cost as long as it has not yet been handed over to our logistics partner.
Post-Dispatch: Once an order is "In Transit" or "Shipped," it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may choose to refuse the delivery, but shipping costs (if any) may be deducted from the refund.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
Prepaid Orders: If a cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
